This contract is a multi-year and standing public supply contract within the meaning of Article 2, 20º of the Law of 17.6.2016. This is a framework agreement concluded with a single contractor for the benefit of the entities identified in point 4 of Title I of these specifications. These entities will place orders to the successful tenderer of the framework agreement as and when required.

The purpose of this contract is:

- the supply of standard servers,

- provision of extensions for these servers,

- the supply of accessories for these servers,

- the sporadic delivery in time and disseminated geographically said supplies.
