The subject of the contract is "Collection and transport of municipal waste from owners of real estate residing in whole or in part in the municipality of Złocieniec in 2023". A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the general characteristics of the municipality in the context of the collection and management of municipal waste is included in Annex 1 to the tender specifications, hereinafter referred to as "SWZ".

The first part - collection and transport of municipal waste collected selectively and mixed from the area of the Złocieniec Commune from sector I, including the following towns: Bolegorzyn, Chlebowo (including Szczycienko), Cieminko, Gronowo, Nowe Worowo, Płocie, Siecino, Smołdzęcino.

The second part - collection and transport of selectively collected and mixed municipal waste from the area of the Złocieniec Commune from sector II, including the city of Złocieniec and the towns: Bobrowo, Cieszyno, Darskowo, Kosobudy, Lubieszewo, Rzęśnica, Stawno, Stare Worowo, Warniłęg and the establishment and operation of the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point, hereinafter referred to as "PSZOK", in accordance with the applicable provisions of Article 41 of the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 669, as amended).
