In the course of the general renovation and expansion of the primary and secondary school Wolfratshausen on Hammerschmiedweg, the city of Wolfratshausen intends to award the ventilation technology trade for all three construction phases.

The primary and secondary school in Wolfratshausen has to be expanded due to the increasing number of pupils forecast for the next few years. However, since further buildable areas are only conditionally available on the property, a large part of the existing buildings are to be demolished in order to enable densification. The existing buildings to be maintained will be renovated and restructured.

Since the conversion and expansion of the primary and secondary school Wolfratshausen takes place during ongoing operation, it is necessary to implement the construction measures in three consecutive construction phases (BA).

The construction phases are divided as follows:

BA 1: New construction of building BT3 (access hall) and new building of building BT6 (primary school)

BA 2: Demolition of the old primary school, new construction of building BT4 (middle school), renovation of building BT5 (auditorium), as well as redesign of playground 1

BA 3: Renovation of component BT1 specialist classes and component BT2 (administration), as well as redesign of playground 2

The measures described in this course are the ventilation technology of the 1st construction phase with the following services:

- Delivery, installation and installation of ventilation units

- Connection of the ventilation units to the electrical, heating and I&C interfaces

- Connecting decentralized devices with on-site elements

- Creation of the sewer network for air distribution

- Installation and connection of built-in parts and flaps

- Installation and connection of air diffusers and roof hoods

- Exchange with other trades for interface coordination

- Cleaning, parameterization, adjustment and measurement

- Joint commissioning of the main components and the entire plant

- Acceptance and hygiene inspection

- Creation of as-built documentation
