Bergen municipality has entered into a framework agreement for consultancy and advisory services for the ICT and digitalisation field. A framework agreement has been be entered with 3 providers.

Mini competitions will be carried out between these tenderers for each individual call-off.

The framework agreement is for assistance with different consultancy services within operational and management services. These services are divided into the following fields:

1) User support - 1st line support

2) Operational services

3) Administration services

The contract applies to all of Bergen Municipality. The individual call-off will have a description of whether the assignment requires presence at the contracting authority's/project location(s).
