The subject of the contract is the supply of computer equipment divided into 10 lots:

Part 1: Delivery of the central unit of the desktop computer No. 1 – 1 pc.;

Part 2: Delivery of the central unit of the desktop computer No. 2 – 1 pc.;

Part 3: Monitor delivery - 6 pcs.;

Part 4: Laptop delivery – 1 pc.;

Part 5: Delivery of a portable computer for 3D scanning - 1 pc.;

Part 6: Monitor delivery - 1 pc.;

Part 7: Delivery of portable computers No. 1 - 5 pcs.;

Part 8: Delivery of portable computers No. 2 - 5 pcs.;

Part 9: Delivery of portable computers No. 3 - 2 pcs.;

The offered equipment (applies to all parts of the procedure) is to be brand new, unused and not exhibited at exhibitions or trade fairs, technically efficient, safe, complete and ready to work.

Part 1: Delivery of the central unit of the desktop computer No. 1 – 1 pc.

The offered equipment is to be brand new, unused and not exhibited at exhibitions or trade fairs, technically efficient, safe, complete and ready to work. The equipment supplied by the Contractor should be manufactured no earlier than in 2022. In the event of withdrawal during the performance of the contract of components indicated in the description of the subject of the contract / description of the offered goods (attachment to the SWZ), the Contractor should provide equipment with parameters not worse than those offered for the price specified in the offer and contract.

The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to provide a warranty and the provision of free warranty service on the subject of the order in accordance with the provisions contained in the description of the subject of the order and the description of the offered goods and in the proposed provisions of the contract (corresponding to the part of the proceedings).

Delivery includes transport to the direct user to the place indicated by him and all other costs related to the performance of the object of the order and the requirements placed by the Ordering Party.

REMARK! If the scope of the contract includes computer equipment, the Ordering Party reserves the right to apply a VAT rate of 0% in accordance with Article 83 paragraph 1 point 26 letter a) of the Act on tax on goods and services of 11 March 2004 (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 931, as amended), subject to the consent issued by the Ministry of Education and Science. The Contracting Authority shall provide the selected Contractor with written information on obtaining the consent issued by the Ministry of Education and Science, on the basis of which the Contractor will be obliged to issue a correcting invoice.

Part 10: AII in One desktop computer delivery - 1 pc.
