The purpose of this contract is to conclude a framework agreement with a view to benefiting from a

Electronic dating in accordance with RFC 3161.

This service will be provided from a solution installed either in the customer's cloud or in Smals' datacenters.

In both cases, the successful bidder will be in charge of providing the hardware necessary to provide the service.

Similarly, in both cases, the successful bidder will be in charge of the support and maintenance of the solution (hardware and

software) to guarantee the electronic dating service. If the solution is installed in Smals data centers, the

Support and maintenance services may be provided remotely with the agreement of Smals.
