New construction of the main grandstand in the Merck Stadium at Böllenfalltor, Darmstadt_Aussenanlagen

SV Darmstadt 98 Stadion GmbH intends to build the main grandstand at the Nieder-Ramstädter-Straße 170 stadium in Darmstadt. The planned building is divided into the main building and a covered, two-row seating grandstand. The upper and lower part of the grandstand is divided by a terrace, which is accessible from the VIP areas on the ground floor. The main building has a basement, ground floor and mezzanine floor as well as two upper floors, of which the second floor contains the control center and the building services. The building has a simple rectangular floor plan with overall dimensions of approx. 117.00 x 24.30 meters and is accessed via three stairwells. The grandstand is accessed horizontally via corridors on the north and south sides of the building.
