1. The subject of the contract is successive deliveries of brand new, complete original spare parts for service vehicles of the Provincial Police Headquarters in Rzeszów according to the assortment and price list of parts, specified in tables from 1-228 and the remaining assortment of spare parts, accessories, materials with a 25% discount and tools and workshop equipment with a 15% discount and being in the Contractor's offer. The original part is understood as the assortment marked with the catalogue "Q" in accordance with the Uniform Information System on the Quality of Parts presented by the Association of Automotive Parts Manufacturers.
