THE 10 Werksteinstufen - Sichtestricharbeiten

The Central Saxony District Office is planning to establish a campus for "green professions" at the Freiberg-Zug site. The subject of the tender is exposed screed and ashlar step work in the interior of the main building A. The construction project is divided into two construction phases. The work on Lot 10 will take place in both construction phases. The tender includes the installation of exposed screed or composite screed including clean-up runs, new stone steps and the renovation of the existing stone steps from ground floor to 2nd floor.

Scope of services for exposed screed work: 85 m² exposed screed on separating layer, 23 m² composite screed (clean runs), 10 new stone steps (l = 2.20 m), 84 steps renovation of stairs approx. 10% (step = 2 m)
