This consultation concerns the supply of fixed and mobile telecommunications services, incoming and outgoing, VPN network and broadband internet access on behalf of all the sites of the municipality of Sainte-Suzanne de la Réunion.

Subscription services (LA, TO and T2 access), associated services and routing of incoming communications to these accesses. The volumes to be processed are given for information in chapter 3 of the Special technical specifications (CCTP) common to the 4 lots.

The holder will provide the following services:

- routing of outgoing telephone communications associated with access to lot 1 and eligible for the selection of the carrier,

- routing of outgoing communications sent from security telephone installations,

- forwarding of calls to unmanaged special numbers,

- detailed invoicing of consumption,

The volumes to be treated are communicated as an indication in chapter 3 of the Cahier des clauses techniques techniques (CCTP) common to the 4 lots.

The mobile phone services to be provided are as follows:

- the subscriptions,

- the communications,

- associated services (voicemail, SMS, etc.),

- support services relating to fleet management (delivery monitoring, consumption monitoring, invoicing, etc.),

- the purchase of terminals and accessories (including SIM cards and protective covers).

The holder will provide the following services for all existing or future sites in the community:

- connection,

- subscriptions,

- associated services (messaging, etc.),

- support services,

- security services,

- management of domain names.
