Supply of milk and dairy products

The subject of the contract is: SUPPLY OF MILK AND DAIRY PRODUCTS.

The requirements and detailed description of the subject matter of the contract are Annex 1 to the SWZ.

The order is divided into 2 parts. Part 1: Supply of milk and dairy products – Toruń, Part 2: Supply of milk and dairy products – Inowrocław.

The Contractor is obliged to perform the contract on the terms and conditions described in the draft contract constituting Annex 5 to the SWZ.

Location: Toruń, 37 Okólna Street and 36 Sobieskiego Street, for lot 1, Inowrocław, 73 Jacewska Street, for lot 2.

The Contracting Authority provides for the right of option (optional procurement) referred to in Article 441(1) of the Public Procurement Law in the proceedings in question.

The exercise of the right of option will consist in increasing the quantity of the assortment for each part under the concluded contract, up to a maximum of 115% of the basic order of the Contractor specified in the contract, by submitting a unilateral statement by the Contracting Authority.
