The mission is based on an overall planning party (Sketch Stadium) already carried out on seven urban sequences.

This contract includes:

— a firm tranche: project management mission for the requalification of RD 913 from the Carrefour de le Paix at Place Bonnet; and

— an optional tranche: project management mission for the realization of a multimodal exchange hub.

This contract is a single market pursuant to Article L. 2113-10 of the Public Order Code and the definition of the project management mission as given by articles L. 2410-1 to L. 2432-2 and R. 2412-1 to R. 2432-7 of the same code.
