Contracting of the managed maintenance and support service for RTVM's business support infrastructures. The contracting of the expert, centralized maintenance managed service of all the infrastructures that is the scope of the service is required: server infrastructures, storage and support with different manufacturers. The object of the contract includes the hardware / software maintenance agreements, the provision of hardware and software infrastructure for the adaptation of the IBM iSeries systems to the SAP S / 4 HANA evolution and the managed service of administration of systems of the infrastructure object of the service .
The services requested are, in general terms:
- User support and resolution of incidents, except in relation to first level care,
- Operational support necessary for the exploitation and operation of the systems and technologies that support it,
- corrective, preventive and evolutionary maintenance of systems, applications and services,
- management and coordination procedures between the parties involved.
