Turnkey contract, Sheltered accommodation flats Andslimoen

Målselv municipality shall establish 14 sheltered accommodation flats with an option for 6 additional flats, plus common areas. A geothermal heating plant shall also be constructed. The plant shall supply Målselv Helsetun and the new flats with heating. A preliminary project has been prepared by Longva Arkitekter and Norconsult as well as tender documentation based on the NS 8407 standard.
