Contingent for DL support to carry out project audits (05.05.2024 - 04.05.2028)

The aim is a regular external audit that supports strategically important projects (major projects, class I projects, in individual cases also strategically important class II projects) in achieving the project goals in the planned time, quality and with the planned use of resources. In addition, managers are provided with decision-relevant information in the context of the audits. The audits provide a standardized audit report with recommendations for action.

In addition, the option is to be created to selectively examine strategically important projects already in the project definition phase in order to be able to create the best possible conditions for a successful project at an early stage.

The external expertise to carry out large-scale project audits is still available. As a result, the OAG receives valid, usable statements about the respective situation of projects of importance in terms of business policy and the associated forecasts - from a neutral point of view of external experts.
