The EEMCS department (PIO) wishes to proceed with the awarding of multiple assignments for the supervision, support and facilitation of projects within the framework of the Innovative Program
Public procurement (PIO). For the award of these contracts, the EWI (PIO) department wishes to conclude a framework agreement, whereby contracts will be awarded depending on
the needs.
The PIO projects focus on purchasing innovative solutions and in particular on the development and validation of new or greatly improved products, services or systems.
The guidance, support and facilitation services for PIO projects will focus on the preparation of the purchasing process and include:
- kick-off meeting with the contracting authority,
- definition and validation of the need (demand side analysis),
- market consultation (supply side analysis).
The assignments within the framework agreement relate in principle to PIO projects. The theme of these projects varies greatly, ranging from circular materials, renewable energy, to social innovation. An important part of the projects focuses on digitization of the government in which new technologies such as artificial intelligence, blockchain, speech and text recognition and the like also play a role.
