The client wishes to initiate additional actions to strengthen the visibility of lifelong learning and concrete progress in this field on the ground. The client experiences the need to be able to take more concrete steps in collaboration with actors in the field, but also to make many actions and initiatives that are already underway on the ground visible and transferable and to raise them to a higher level. By focusing on visibility, connection and transferability, we can accelerate and scale up (leap in scale) around lifelong learning in Flanders.

This assignment appoints a service provider to shape and realize a concrete mobilizing project around this, in collaboration with the Lifelong Learning Partnership (PLL) and the actors responsible for the implementation of the action plan, such as the expertise center innovative learning paths. The increased visibility and the ideas and partnerships resulting from this mission should boost the implementation of the Lifelong Learning Action Plan.

The services consist both of activities in the context of communication (including the provision of content for the website) and of setting up initiatives in the field, aimed at connecting (organizing and supervising connecting sessions) and innovating (organizing and supervising co-creation processes) and all this tailored to the various actors who take on a role with regard to learners and potential learners.
