The subject of the order is the delivery of spare parts for general purpose vehicles, divided into 3 tasks, in accordance with the requirements set out in the ToR:

- task of No. 1: delivery of spare parts for STAR 266,

- task of No. 2: delivery of spare parts to Honker / Lublin,

- task of No. 3: delivery of spare parts to Jelcz.

The contracting authority provides for the option to exercise the option right (Article 34 (5) of the PPL) consisting in the possibility of increasing the basic quantitative scope of the subject of the contract. The Employer allows covariate (equivalent) solutions. The delivered products must be preserved by a method ensuring their storage in storage conditions. The products delivered by the Contractor should be marked with a bar code in the GS1 system in accordance with Decision No. 3 / MON of the Minister of National Defense of 3.1.2014 regarding guidelines specifying the requirements for bar code marking.

The subject of the order is the supply of spare parts for Star 266 in the quantity and assortment specified in Chapter III of the ToR.

The subject of the order is the supply of spare parts for Honker / Lublin in the quantity and assortment specified in chapter III of the ToR.

The subject of the order is the delivery of spare parts for Jelcz in the quantity and assortment specified in chapter III of the ToR.
