The assignment can be expanded with assistance with project management and project control. If a partnering model is chosen, the consultant must offer an interaction consultant who assists the municipality's in the project development phase and the execution phase. The consultant must also be able to assist with team guidance, process management, and the establishment and maintenance of a good collaboration culture in the project.
