The current need for SAP competence is covered by a framework agreement with eight suppliers that expires in September 2024. The aim of this procurement is to enter into a new framework agreement that will replace the old framework agreement.

A framework agreement will be signed with 5-8 tenderers so that consultancy services can be procured with a competence level and to an extent that covers the need for assistance related to SAP software and accompanying software. The need is to be covered through the establishment of a framework agreement with a duration of four years.

The framework agreement does not involve any obligation to purchase for the Norwegian Defence/Norwegian Defence Material Agency.

Tenderers will not be able to demand a specific volume or delivery, nor will they have any obligation to deliver.

The framework agreement will cover nine disciplines. The disciplines are divided into competence areas. The tenderers' consultants will be evaluated according to these competence areas. The intention of the division is to ensure that we get framework agreement partners with professional breadth. The contract can be used to procure assistance for the SAP software that the Norwegian Defence Material Agency/Norwegian Defence has or is about to use.

Tenderers must submit CVs for all the consultants listed for the evaluation. There is a limit of maximum 100 different CVs.
