The Guiana Space Centre (CSG) has a video wall within its Safeguarding Coordination Office

(BCS) for visual monitoring of base activities.

However, the equipment (controllers and screens) that make it up is no longer manufactured or marketed by the

manufacturer (EYEVIS).

The maintenance of the wall is therefore only ensured by the stock of spare parts available at the CSG which, on the basis of the

It is therefore necessary to quickly renew these means by means of a new display system equipped with

of the latest generation of equipment with guaranteed availability of parts in the medium/long term.

In addition, the CSG wishes to harmonize the means of display of the Situation Room and the Security PC by installing a

New video wall in each of these rooms.

The objective of this project is to:

- Renewing the BCS video wall

- Install a new video wall in the crisis room

- Install a new video wall at the Security PC

The SAMI project is part of a larger programme to renovate the

crisis of the Technical Center of the Guiana Space Center. This program focuses on:

- Renovation of the video display in the crisis room

- Renovation of the BCS video walls (control room + extension)

- Renovation of the Security PC

- Renovation of the Situation Room.

The scope of the SAMI project is solely for the renovation of the BCS video walls and the creation of the

images in the Situation Room and at the Security Headquarters.

The overall SAMI architecture will be composed of:

- Visualization equipment (screens composing video walls)

- Management equipment (wall controllers)

- Video wall control equipment (PO and/or Tablet)

- Interface equipment with existing video systems (Video Encoders/Decoders)

- Administration equipment (admin PO)

In the context of the contract, the Contractor's responsibility relates mainly to:

- Project management,

- Definition studies,

- Equipment selection

- Procurement and supply of equipment,

- The creation and provision of documentation,

- the factory recipe,

- On-site installation and qualification,

- Hardware and software warranty.
