The supply must comply with the requirements of the Technical Specifications with particular reference to the minimum technical characteristics required, in addition to those offered during the tender.

In the execution of the contract, the winning Economic Operator must, in any case, comply with the technical and safety features required by current legislation.

The Consortium reserves the option, which can be exercised at its sole discretion within 12 months from delivery of the first vehicle, to request the supply of another excavator with similar characteristics and equipment: this option can be exercised twice.

Mandatory technical features:

a) ISO 14396 gross engine power between 70-95 kW;

b) Operating weight not less than 14 000 kg (indicate the weight of the vehicle offered);

c) Diesel engine no or 4 cylinders with non-inferior capacity to 2 900 l;

d) Engine complying with current legislation concerning pollutant emissions in air STAGE IV, Directive 97/68 / EC and subsequent amendments;

e) 500 mm tracks, track guide, translation speed between 2.9-6.8 km / h, maximum bar pulling force between 115 - 155 kN;

f) Rotation system with torque between 30 - 51 KNm, rotation speed between 10 - 14 rpm;

g) Independent ROPS / FOPS cabin, in compliance with current legislation on noise and safety (ISO 12117-2);

h) Air conditioner, radio system and immobilizer;

i) Minimum rear turning radius between 1 480 and 2 200 mm, maximum overall width 2 550 mm;

j) Maximum outreach to the ground not less than 8 500 mm measured from the fifth wheel center to the bucket pin without quick coupling (specify in mm the length of the maximum outreach on the ground of the vehicle offered);

k) Automatic centralized greasing system;

l) Specify the maximum breakout force at the forearm with the machine in normal position and forearm offered according to the ISO 6015 standard expressed in kN;

m) Rear and side camera with view of the monitor in the cabin;

n) Front, rear and flashing headlights mounted on the cab, headlights on the boom for using the vehicle even during night work;

o) Arm with triple articulation and preparation with or without blade;

p) The arms must be fitted with hydraulic lines until the end of the penetrator arm complete with: hydraulic quick coupler with anti-release pins, 2-way line with a minimum flow rate of 50 l / min suitable for the operation of the cutter bar, while ensuring normal operation functionality of the excavator arm, double-acting hammer system, predisposition for oscillating bucket. Hydraulic pump with maximum flow rate between 230 - 300 l / min;

q) A 900 mm breakaway bucket (ISO 7451);

r) A 2,200 mm trimming bucket (ISO 7451);

s) An electric compressor for cleaning radiators;

t) n or 1 tool box;

u) Safety valves on each arm with acoustic overload warning and relative ISPESL certification for load lifting equipment and side flow diagram, lifting ring on push rod;

v) Course on the use of the operating machine for technical consortium personnel;

w) Geolocation system of the vehicle with remote anomaly control function, status monitoring and functionality;

All must comply with the regulations on the containment of polluting emissions and with the EC directives on exhaust gases, in particular Directive 97/68 / EC and subsequent amendments, noise emission standards for outdoor machines, referred to in Directive 2000/14 / EC and subsequent amendments transposed by Presidential Decree 262/2002 and subsequent amendments, "New Machinery Directive" 2006/42 / EC implemented by Legislative Decree no. 17 of 27.1.2010 and subsequent amendments, electromagnetic compatibility directive 2004/108 / EC and subsequent amendments and integrations pursuant to Legislative Decree 194/2007 and subsequent amendments, Title VIII, Chapter III of Legislative Decree 81/2008 on the protection of workers from risks of exposure to vibrations and smi.

The equipment must be CE marked, the personnel must be able to operate in conditions of safety and reliability at the approved speeds.

It must be delivered together with the machine in addition to the use and maintenance booklet written in Italian complete with electrical and hydraulic diagrams, digital copy of the workshop manual, specific training course for the operator and maintenance personnel for a total duration of 8 working hours, declaration of CE conformity and warranty booklet
