Appointment of an economic operator to accompany, support and defend the partner hospitals, the Erasmus Hospital, the Jules Bordet Institute and the Queen Fabiola Children's University Hospital, to the tax authorities.

The Erasmus Hospital, the Jules Bordet Institute and the Huderf launch a public service contract with a view to appointing an economic operator whose mission is to accompany, support and defend the contracting authority before the tax authorities (in the event of an audit, etc.) with a view to obtaining partial exemption from the payment of withholding tax for research and development projects governed by Articles 275/3 et seq. of the Income Tax Code of 1992 for the reference years:

Bordet: 2022, 2023 and 2024 in firm tranche;

Erasmus: 2022, 2023 and 2024 in firm tranche;

Huderf: 2024 in conditional tranche.
