this notice concerns a framework agreement with purchase orders on “the supply of industrial electricity raw materials (winding wires, cables, braids, insulating sheaths and winding accessories) for the benefit of the units of the French Navy in mainland France and overseas”. It is part of a restricted tender procedure in accordance with the provisions of Articles L2324-2, L2325-1.1° and R2361-2 to R2361-6 and R2361-8 of the Public Order Code.

The framework agreement has a single allocation.

In application of articles R2372-19 to R2372-21 of the Public Order Code, the framework agreement presenting significant technical hazards will include a provisional share for orders of supplies
