The subject of the tender is consulting and support services for the introduction of SAP products and applications, namely for the module consulting Business Warehouse, Integration Suite and for the development service SAP (in-house) development, Business Warehouse and Integration Suite.

The subject of the service includes the final phase of the implementation of the host replacement and migration to the latest SAP technology based on the selected Netweaver platform from SAP. A large part of the functional functionality of the host-based legacy system ISLSV has already been converted to the SAP target system. Especially against the economic background (including costs of the old system), the total replacement must be implemented as quickly as possible. Furthermore, the further development of the SAP applications that have already been put into production and the associated standardization of business processes is included.

The aim of the procedure is to conclude a framework agreement with a maximum of three contractors per lot for 48 months.

The Business Warehouse module consulting includes:

• module-specific consulting for the client on the adaptation and further development of the SAP module Business Warehouse On HANA as well as

• the conversion to SAP BW/4 HANA and the possible use of SAP Analytics Cloud.

The consulting services cover all phases of software development and implementation and aim to find the optimal software solution for customer-specific requirements together with the client on the one hand and to enable the client to carry out this work independently on the other.

The consulting services cover all phases of the software development and implementation process, from specification, analysis and design as well as the development, adaptation and introduction of SAP modules and their peripheral applications to the final go-live.

The Integration Suite module consulting includes:

• module-specific consulting of the client on the introduction, adaptation and further development of the SAP module Process Orchestration (PO) on the Netweaver platform as well as

• the conversion to the SAP Integration Suite (in particular SAP Cloud Platform Integration and SAP API Management) under SAP S/4 HANA.

The consulting service covers all phases of software development and implementation and aims to find the optimal software solution for customer-specific requirements together with the client on the one hand and to enable the client to carry out this work independently on the other.

The consulting service covers all phases of the software development and implementation process from specification, analysis and design as well as the development, adaptation and introduction of SAP modules and their peripheral applications to the final go-live.

The subject matter of the service comprises three areas of development:

1. SAP (in-house) development,

The development services for all three development areas include:

• the adaptation and further development of the previously used SAP modules/components of the client,

• the respective conversion to new SAP systems and technologies as well as

• their technical and professional introduction.
