The client plans to build a new fire equipment house located in the district of Nastätten, corridor 77, parcel 122/11 and optionally the construction of a new fire equipment house located in the Miehlen Hallway 42, parcels 399, 400 and 401

The fire equipment stores should each have a gross floor area of 1,283.50 m 2 or 1,250 m 2. There is a room program coordinated with the fire brigade and the ADD, what should become the basis of the planning.

In lot 3 - planning services for the technical equipment HLS § 55 HOAI service phases 1-9 and

In lot 4 - structural planning services § 51 HOAI service phases 1-6

In Lot 5 — Fire Brigade Equipment Section 33 HOAI Service Phases 1-9, Section 55 HOAI Service Phases 1-9

The subject of this tender is the planning services for the HLS technical equipment.

The expected eligible costs for Nastätten are as follows:

KG 410 wastewater, water, gas plants 87 133 EUR (net)

KG 420 heat supply systems 61 551 EUR (net)

KG 430 Ventilation systems 47 897 EUR (net)

KG 480 building automation 14 285 EUR (net)

The expected eligible costs for miehlen are as follows:

KG 410 sewage, water, gas plants 79 154 EUR (net)

KG 420 heat supply systems 67 224 EUR (net)

KG 430 Ventilation systems 50 418 EUR (net)

KG 480 Building Automation 13 444 EUR (net)

With regard to the description of services, the client is based on the HOAI. The contract regulates the details.
