The Framework Agreement is launched as a grouping of orders whose members are as follows: the Departmental Council of Meurthe-et-Moselle, coordinator of the grouping, the Departmental Fire and Rescue Service of Meurthe-Et-Moselle and the Departmental House for Disabled Persons of Meurthe-et-Moselle.The Framework Agreement will be executed by issuing purchase orders. The services are paid for by unit prices. The maximum amount of the framework agreement is €175,000 excluding VAT per period for all members of the grouping
