With the development of development areas and the settlement of companies at the Schwarze Pumpe industrial site, additional measures are needed to ensure the supply of the low-sulfur process and process water (SAW) to the residents.

As a result, the industrial park Schwarze Pumpe will be equipped with a treatment plant for the treatment of 15 500 m 3 / d low-sulphate groundwater from the water intake Groß Luja and the water intake in the industrial area (IG) Spremberg-Ost. Due to the chemical nature of the groundwater, this purification plant will be composed of physical deacidification, de-ironing and manganese removal in order to meet the requirements for the quality of service water and process water.

Subject of the contract are engineering services according to the current version of the HOAI for the planning of a service and process water purification and distribution system (BPRVA) from the performance phase 4. The plant must be planned and constructed according to the state of the art or the best available technology.

Commissioning (start of trial operation) of the plant is planned for April / 2020.
