The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity within the meaning of the Act of 10.04.1997 – Energy Law for the needs of the Contracting Authority to individual electricity consumption points (according to the list of energy consumption points) in the period from January 2024 to December 2025 – broken down into the basic scope of the contract and the optional scope of the contract.

1) Basic scope of the contract: The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity in the projected total amount of 1,920,000 kWh. This is the basic scope of the contract.

2) Optional scope of the contract: In addition to the scope of the basic contract indicated in subsection 1, the Contracting Authority also provides for the supply of electricity in the maximum total amount of 576,000 kWh during the period of performance of the subject matter of this contract – under the said right of option, it is possible to increase the amount of electricity supplied (within each of the tariff groups) to a total of 30% of the amount covered by the basic scope Order. This is an optional scope of the order.
