The contract, with a single lot, concerns the management of cultural and tourist services at the sites specifically identified in the illustrative technical report, for the three-year period starting from 1.7.2020. It is the faculty of the municipal administration to entrust the successful tenderer, in the following three years from the signing of the contract pursuant to art. 125, paragraph 1, lett. f) of the code, new services consisting of the repetition of similar services. The presentation of the offer by the competing companies is equivalent to a declaration of perfect knowledge and acceptance of the current legislation and tender documents.

This procedure takes place exclusively through the telematic platform owned by studio amica and called Tuttogare PA, in compliance with current legislation on public procurement and telematic tools.

The estimated total tender amount is EUR 681 000 net of VAT and / or other taxes and statutory contributions, as well as security charges due to interference risks.

The amount of security charges due to interference risks is EUR 3,000.00 (three thousand euros / 00) excluding VAT and / or other taxes and statutory contributions and is not subject to a discount.

The contract is financed from the budgetary means of the Municipality of Saluzzo.
