The Countess of Chester Hospital NHS Foundation Trust's Commercial Procurement service seeks to establish a single supplier framework agreement to deliver Optional Remuneration Arrangement (OPRA) benefit schemes that will provide a range of personal and home technology employee benefits.

The planned procurement concerns the establishment of a framework agreement. Participating organisations may choose to open multiple windows for benefit schemes in each year that the framework agreement operates.

All values are estimates and there is no guarantee or commitment on the part of the Awarding Authority to any level of spend through the proposed framework agreement.
