The tender applies to the procurement of one complete x-ray laboratory with an adapted generator and a work station for Kristiansund Hospital. Option for delivery of equivalent equipment to Ålesund Hospital.

The delivery shall include a wall bucky, ceiling racks and 3 wireless detectors.

The equipment for Kristiansund Hospital shall be procured within the end of 2015, and the equipment to Ålesund Hospital shall be procured during the first quarter of 2016.

The contracting authority also requests an option for the delivery of additional x-ray tubes with required accessories to Kristiansand Hospital. Due to allocations it is very uncertain when this option is released.

X-ray tube no. 2 to the emergency lab in Kristiansund is expected to be used in connection with a RSA (Radiostereometric analysis) hip project.

The contracting authority wants to know if these deliveries are feasible. To put it simply, the contracting authority must have 2 tubes with options to take pictures with both tubes simultaneously (pictures of hips) — The contracting authority requests software and a generator that can handle this.

In addition, the contracting authority considers a more robust suspension for possibly 2 tubes and any structural measures in relation to this.

In the assessment, the 2 complete laboratories shall be included. This does not apply to the additional tube to Kristiansund Hospital.

Otherwise, the delivery must be inclusive of all components/accessories, assembly/installation and commissioning so that it functions as a whole based on the needs and requirements described.

Provision of the required training for all personnel who work in the affected units must be included.
