The City of Oslo, c/o the City Council Secretariat, hereafter referred to as the contracting authority, invites to an open tender contest for the procurement of a streaming solution for city council meetings and selected meetings of the city council committees.

The City Council Secretariat is organising the implementation of political meetings in the City Council and the City Council's related committees.

The City Council's meetings as well as other meetings shall be streamed on-line.

The objective of the tender contest is to establish a comprehensive solution that covers the requirements and needs listed in the attached specification.
