All the services covered by the assignment of the professional assignment concerning architectural and engineering services in question are described in art. 1 of the Performance Regulations.

'The tender amount of € 215,178.05 excluding tax, social security and social security charges, was calculated by applying the Parameters Decree approved by the Ministry of Justice on 17.06.2016 concerning "The tables of fees commensurate with the quality level of design services" adopted pursuant to Article 41, paragraph 15, of Legislative Decree no. 36/2023 (hereinafter referred to as the Code), As specified in art. 3 of the specification on the basis of the estimated amount of the works at € 4,230,000.00 (including security charges) excluding VAT.

For the purposes of determining the consideration is to be considered the below qualification and amount of the works:

V.02, Amount of works to be designed, € 1,400,000.00;

D.04, Amount of works to be designed, € 1,050,000.00;

IB.08 Amount of works to be designed, € 450,000.00;

P.02 Amount of works to be designed, € 400,000.00;

Subcontracting: Pursuant to Article 10 of the Performance Regulations, subcontracting is prohibited, except for geological, geotechnical and seismic investigations, soundings, surveys, measurements and stakeouts, preparation of specialized and detailed drawings, with the exception of geological reports, as well as for the sole graphic drafting of the project documents. The tenderer shall indicate at the time of the tender the parts of the service which he intends to subcontract. In accordance with the provisions of art. 119 of the Code, in the absence of such indications, subcontracting is prohibited. Payments will be made directly to the subcontractor in the cases referred to in paragraph 11 of the same Article 119. Deposits and guarantee required: the successful bidder must provide the final guarantee if requested, as per art. 117 of Legislative Decree no. no. 36 of 2023 and the insurance policy referred to in art. 12 of the Performance Regulations.

Legal form to be taken by the Temporary Grouping of Competitors: The participation of economic operators in individual or associated form is allowed, according to the provisions of art. 65 of the Code, provided that they meet the requirements set out in this notice and in the tender regulations. Method of determining the fee: as per art. 3 of the Performance Regulations. In relation to the institution of reliance, reference should be made to the provisions of art. 104 of the Code.
