In order to relieve the villages of Wesel and Wesel-Büderich from through traffic, the Wesel bypass (B58n) is built. The bypass consists of three sections. The sections "Rhine crossing" and the Büderich section on the left bank of the Rhine have already been completed and are under traffic. The southern bypass section will in turn be divided into several construction phases, some of which are in the construction phase and some of which are still in the planning phase.

The subject matter of the construction contract to be processed here is essentially: new construction of the Lippe Bridge, new construction of a light liquid separator, construction of a road embankment (reinforced earth structure) including high bank and a backfill.
