The purpose of the contract is the educational assistance service for the inclusion of students with disabilities residing in the municipalities of Bastiglia, Bomporto, Nonantola and Ravarino attending the schools of the childhood (state and equal) primary and secondary schools of the 1st and 2nd degree.

The purpose of the contract is the educational assistance service for the inclusion of students with disabilities residing in the municipalities of Bastiglia, Bomporto, Nonantola and Ravarino attending the schools of the children (state and equal) primary and secondary schools of 1st and 2nd degree, pursuant to articles 3, 8, 12 and 40 of Law 104/1992 and s.m.i. “Framework Law for Assistance, Social Integration and Rights people with disabilities” and Legislative Decree no. 66/2017 “Rules for the promotion of school inclusion of students with disabilities, pursuant to art. 1, paragraphs 180 and 181 of Law No. 107/2015” as well as the territorial agreements in force.
