The subject of the contract is the provision of public transport services in the area of operation of ZKKM in Chrzanów on bus lines no.: A (including part of the tasks on line B), according to timetables with parameters given in point 2.3 of SWZ.

1) The subject of the contract is the provision of public transport services on bus line A (including part of the tasks on line B) in the period from 01.04.2023r.do 31.12.2025.

I. Bus line number A (including part of the tasks on line B) route: Mętków Mały – Libiąż Janina Mine – Libiąż Kosówki – Chełmek Osiedle – Libiąż Budzowy – Libiąż Jania Mine

In total, the planned transport performance on the line covered by the contract over a period of 33 months is 242 722 vehicle-kilometres.

The Ordering Authority reserves the right to reduce or increase the transport work under the conditions described in paragraph 2.5-2.9 of the SWZ.

2) The Contracting Authority requires, during the performance of the contract, employment on the basis of an employment contract by the Contractor or Subcontractor of drivers, i.e. persons performing activities consisting in performing work in the manner specified in art. 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 – Labor Code in the amount necessary for the proper performance of the service. A detailed method of employment verification and sanctions for failure to meet the requirements in this respect are set out in the model contract – Annex No. 11 to the SWZ.
