The University of Sheffield wishes to invite tenders for nuclear consultancy services on behalf of the Nuclear Advanced Manufacturing Research Centre. The Nuclear AMRC seeks to establish a framework for consultancy work, divided into 3 lots. Suppliers may bid for only one lot. Sub-contracting or providing a substitution to deliver work will not be permitted in this contract.
Tender process and documentation: this procurement is an EU open procedure conducted in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.
Lot 1: Strategic development — suitably qualified, knowledgeable, experienced and independent consultants are sought to provide specialist strategic project management services to the Nuclear AMRC with a view to the following aims: support Nuclear AMRC in the identification, bid management, bid coordination and bid preparation of strategic opportunities in the nuclear sector and adjacent industries. Develop strategies for both new and existing opportunities and support associated implementation activities. Through strategic project, account and engagement management plan and work collaboratively with the Nuclear AMRC and patners to develop financially sustainable options.
Suitably qualified, knowledgeable, experienced and independent consultants are sought to provide specialist consultant services to the Nuclear AMRC with a view to the following aims: to facilitate and support relevant and eligible companies throughout their Fit 4 journey from initial sign up to the programme, through to achieving Fit 4 status and post granting support. A maximum of 3 consultants will be awarded to the lot. Call off from the contract will be based on the 1

Provide nuclear specialist advice and support on the scope and delivery of commercial supply chain research projects. Consult with teams and relevant stakeholders.
