1. The subject of the contract is the function of a supervision inspector for the task entitled: "Extension of the voivodeship road No. 634 on the indicated sections in the communes: Zielonka, Kobyłka, Wołomin – sections: from km 22+055 to km 25+155, from km 25+155 to km 26+012, from km 26+012 to km 26+831".
2. A detailed description of the subject of the Order can be found in Part IV SWZ – General Terms and Conditions of the Agreement.
3. In the case of indication in the description of the subject of the contract of trademarks, patents or origin, source or specific process that characterizes the product or services provided by a particular contractor, the Contracting Authority shall allow equivalent solutions.
4. In the case of reference in the description of the subject of the contract to standards, European technical assessments, approvals, technical specifications and technical reference systems, the Ordering Party allows solutions equivalent to those described.

6. The subject of the contract has not been divided into parts, the Ordering Party does not allow partial bids.
7. The Contracting Authority shall not allow the submission of variants and in the form of electronic catalogues.
8. The Contracting Authority provides for the award of contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law with a net value of PLN 560,651.85
In the scope of similar services, the Contracting Authority provides for supervision over the following scope of works:
- demolition works,
- earthworks,
- felling of trees, bushes, and grubbing up of trunks,
- works in the field of rainwater and sanitary sewerage,
- works in the field of construction of water and pipelines,
- construction of the structure of the voivodship road roadway and inlets of poviat and municipal roads,
- construction of bus bays structures,
- construction of exit structures together with culverts,
- construction of a walkway structure and a walking and bicycle thrust,
- setting of curb sewage, curbs and edges on a concrete bench,
- construction of a technological channel,
- construction of fences,
- finishing works,
- elements of traffic organisation,
- telecommunications works,
- energy works.
The above-mentioned services. relate to the scope of work. section to be performed.
Pursuant to Article 95(1) of the Public Procurement Law, the Contracting Authority requires the Contractor or subcontractor to employ a person responsible for settling the contract on the basis of an employment relationship.
The Contracting Authority provides for the application of the so-called reverse procedure referred to in Article 139 (1) of the Pzp Act, i.e. the Contracting Authority shall first examine and evaluate the tenders and then make the qualification of the contractor whose offer has been highest assessed, in the absence of grounds for exclusion, and fulfilling the conditions for participation in the proceedings.
In accordance with Article 257 p.z.p., the Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of rescinding the procedure in question if the public funds which the Contracting Party intended to allocate to the financing of all or part of the contract have not been granted to it.
The contracting authority may, at any stage of the procedure, conclude that the contractor does not have the required capabilities if the contractor has conflicting interests, in particular the involvement of
technical or professional resources of the contractor in other economic ventures of the contractor may have a negative impact on the performance of the contract.
The Contractor may, in order to confirm compliance with the conditions for participation in the procedure, rely on the technical or professional abilities of the entities providing resources, regardless of the legal nature of the legal relationship between it and them.
A contractor that relies on the capabilities or situation of other entities must prove that it will have the necessary resources of those entities at its disposal when performing the contract, in particular by providing an undertaking of those entities to make the necessary resources available to it for the performance of the contract or other evidence confirming this fact.
From the post. the contractor shall be excluded in the cases referred to in Article 108(1) of the Public Procurement Law and Article 109(1)(4), (5), (7) and (8) of the Public Procurement Law.
