1. The subject of the contract is the supply of IT equipment for the Faculty of Electronics, Telecommunications and Computer Science of the Gdańsk University of Technology.

2. The subject of the order must be factory new, complete with a high standard both in terms of quality of workmanship and functionality, free of material and design defects, without prior operation and cannot be subject to third party rights.

3. The Ordering Party shall allow the submission of partial tenders. The contractor may submit a tender for all parts of the contract. The Ordering Party has divided the subject of the contract into five (3) parts:

Part 1: Rack Server Rack Delivery

Part 2: Supply of computer kits

Part 3: Supply of network cards and mounting elements

4. A detailed description and requirements for each part of the contract are set out in Annex 4 to the SWZ.

1. The subject of the order, in part 1, is the supply of rack server cabinets. Scope of the order: delivery of rack server cabinets - 7 pieces.

2) The subject of the order in Part 1 includes the delivery of equipment to the Ordering Party's headquarters, to the place

indicated by the Ordering Party.

3) A detailed description and scope of the subject of the contract is specified in Annexes 2I and 4 to the SWZ.

4) The Ordering Party requires that the delivery time be no longer than 90 days.

5) The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to provide a guarantee for the offered subject of the contract in the dimension of

at least 12 months.

6) The Contractor is obliged to perform the contract on the terms and conditions described in the SWZ and in

the proposed provisions of the public procurement agreement, constituting Annex 3 to

SWZ.

7) The subject of the order must be brand new, complete with a high standard both under

in terms of quality of workmanship as well as functionality, free from defects in materials and construction, without

previous exploitation and may not be subject to the rights of third parties.

1. The subject of the contract, in part 2, is the delivery of computer sets. Scope of the order: 1/ Computer - 20 pieces, 2/ Monitor - 20 pieces.

2) The subject of the order includes the delivery of equipment to the Ordering Party's headquarters, to the place

indicated by the Ordering Party.

3) A detailed description and scope of the subject of the contract is specified in Annexes 2II and 4 to the SWZ.

4) The Ordering Party requires that the delivery time be no longer than 90 days.

5) The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to provide a guarantee for the offered subject of the contract in the dimension of

at least 36 months.

6) The Contractor is obliged to perform the contract on the terms and conditions described in the SWZ and in

the proposed provisions of the public procurement agreement, constituting Annex 3 to

SWZ.

7) The subject of the order must be brand new, complete with a high standard both under

in terms of quality of workmanship as well as functionality, free from defects in materials and construction, without

8/ In relation to the subject of the contract, the contracting authority will apply to the Ministry of Education and Science to confirm the application of the 0% VAT rate.

1. The subject of the contract, in part 3, is the delivery of network cards and mounting elements. Scope of the order: 1/ Network card - 40 pieces, 2/ Monitor holder - 20 pieces, 3/ Open stand 19" 12U - 9 pieces, 4/ Modular Patch panel with a set of modules and sockets - 9 sets.

2) The subject of the order includes the delivery of equipment to the Ordering Party's headquarters, to the place

indicated by the Ordering Party.

4) The Ordering Party requires that the delivery time be no longer than 90 days.

5) The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to provide a guarantee for the offered subject of the contract in the dimension of
