The BGHW operates a special vehicle with exhibits on the subject of pedestrian safety and two-wheeler safety. (short: "MOBILE").

With a weight of approx. 6t, this member company of the BGHW is made available to point out problems around tripping and slipping accidents as well as the safety of cycling and pedelec riding as well as e-scooters and to make them tangible and tangible. This vehicle and its exhibits are supervised by a team of 2 trainers / trainers / moderators during these missions, which also ensure the transport of the vehicle as a driver.

What services should be provided?

To 1.

The vehicle is to be transported by qualified personnel with their own vehicle from the storage site to the locations throughout Germany. With regard to the possible location, the deposit must be located within a radius of about 150km around Kassel (central point in Germany). From Kassel, the focus of the booking requests of the member companies (empirical values from previous years), which is mainly located in NRW and Saxony-Anhalt, can also be served cost-effectively.

This requirement applies only to the deposit; if the company's registered office itself is not within this radius, this does not lead to exclusion from the proceedings.

The lead time for the assignments is sometimes no more than 3 weeks from commissioning to use.

During each operation, it must be ensured that both vehicles appear in a well-kept, clean condition at the companies.

It is required that the personnel who look after the vehicle during the operation also bring the vehicle to the place of use.

To 2.

In times when the MOBILE is not used, it must be stored safely. Various criteria are required, which are listed in the catalogue of requirements (Annex E4). In addition, maintenance and repair work on the vehicle should be carried out and/or organized if necessary.

To 3.

The MOBIL is to be supervised by qualified personnel in the companies. Accommodation during the assignments is booked for the staff by the BGHW; the resulting accommodation costs are covered by the BGHW.

Extensive knowledge of two-wheeler safety, pedestrian safety and new forms of mobility is required. In addition, experience from the functioning and procedure in the logistics industry must be available.

minimum requirements

Please note that the following criteria are minimum requirements, which must be demonstrably covered as a corporate competence or by at least one driver/moderator.

If only one criterion is not met, the offer will be excluded from further evaluation.

Drivers:

 Führerscheinklasse CE

 No violations of driving and rest periods as well as the Working Hours Act

 Extensive knowledge in the field of load securing (e.g. Trainer according to VDI 2700 or comparable)

Moderation:

 Practical knowledge and experience in modern adult education with at least 300 h of experience/year.

 At least 100 moderated events and/or seminars in the field of intralogistics and/or road safety within the last 3 years

 At least one moderator is trained by the DGUV or a statutory accident insurance in the field of pedestrian safety – avoiding tripping/slipping and falling accidents

 Both moderators are trained trainers in the safety training "Bicycle and Pedelecs" of the German Road Safety Council (DVR)

 At least one trainer is a trained trainer in the safety training program "Zweirad" of the DVR

 At least one trainer is a trained trainer in the field of "Safe and economical driving" (driving and saving with safety) of the DVR

Evidence that the minimum requirements are met shall be provided at the latest when the contract is awarded.
