The object of the order is the planning services of
- Project planning for buildings and interiors (lot 1),
- Technical planning of the technical equipment - heating / ventilation / sanitary (HLS) (lot 2),
- Specialist planning of the technical equipment - electrical engineering (ELT) (lot 3).
The planning services are divided into 3 lots. An application is only possible for one lot as well as for several / all lots.
Object planning of buildings and interiorsThe object of the contract is the planning services of the planning services for the following HOAI performance models:
- Project planning for buildings and interiors (§§ 33 ff. HOAI).
Work phases 1 to 9
Construction of a new replacement building with 10 multifunctional classrooms.
In order to be able to cover the future additional requirements for rooms at the Albert Schweitzer/Schiller School, the current OGS building in the form of a single-storey pavilion (approx. 250 m
The replacement new building is planned as a border development, taking advantage of the spatial conditions. An extension to the new gym is thus avoided.
The parameters listed above and the functionally structured areas thus result in the building structure following the function.
The approx. 1,200 m
The building connects to the old gymnasium, runs parallel to the new gymnasium, thus closing the border area with the cemetery in a north-eastern direction.
A cross-storey, upstream filigree glass façade (e.g. mullion transom construction) is intended to characterise the main entrance area, which links to the old gym like a “joint” between the two gymnasiums.
The classrooms are accessed via a laterally arranged corridor area, which also ends with a filigree steel-glass construction to the courtyard. In accordance with the neighbouring buildings, the building should also be given a flat roof.
Structural steel elements, clear functional shapes with continuous window facades and a predominantly bright colour scheme — a light and transparent clear colour scheme
The design language is intended to form the relevant stylistic devices.
Construction costs (KG 300 + 400 + demolition) are estimated at around EUR 2.8 million (gross). Completion is scheduled for autumn 2023.
Specialist planning of the technical equipment - heating / ventilation / sanitation (HLS)The object of the contract is the
Planning services for the following HOAI service profiles:
- Technical equipment HLS (§§ 53 ff. HOAI).
Service phases 1 to 9,
For:
- System group 1 (sewage and water systems excluding gas systems),
- Plant group 2 (heat supply plants),
- Plant group 3 (ventilation systems),
—— Plant group 8 (building automation for HLS).
