The services include 3 Java developers, each with 330 person-days, with the option to call up an additional 330 PT per developer, which can be called up separately in each case. Some of the services can be provided on their own premises. Depending on the project phase, a personal presence of the developers on site at the client may be required and therefore required. The bidder must have a valid permit for professional temporary employment in accordance with §§ 1 and 2 of the Act regulating temporary employment (AÜG). In addition, in order to carry out the service, the client requires an existing employment relationship subject to social security contributions (at the latest from the start of the service provision) between the contractor and the employee employed to provide the services. It is possible to submit an offer for one of the two lots as well as for both lots. The most economical offer per lot is determined. If a bidder submits the most economical offer for both lots, the contract may be awarded to this bidder for both lot 1 and lot 2. Cross-party discounts from bidders are not foreseen and are not taken into account when determining the most economical offer.
