In addition, in order to carry out the service, the client requires an existing employment relationship subject to social security contributions (at the latest from the start of the service provision) between the contractor and the employee employed to provide the services. It is possible to submit an offer for one of the two lots as well as for both lots. The most economical offer per lot is determined. If a bidder submits the most economical offer for both lots, the contract may be awarded to this bidder for both lot 1 and lot 2. Cross-party discounts from bidders are not foreseen and are not taken into account when determining the most economical offer.
