The commissioning of property services for buildings according to Part 3, Section 1 of the HOAI 2013 is intended.
It is planned to design 2 accommodation buildings, each with 66 residential units in the hotel standard. A residential unit includes a single room with wet room. 1 kitchen, 1 cleaning room, 1 cleaning room and in the ground floor a drying room and the technical rooms should be planned with. In the measure, the aspects of sustainable and energy-efficient construction according to the guideline Sustainable Building 2016, ed. BMUB, have to be considered. In particular, the specifications from the target agreement, according to system variant BNB_Bw-UGebN_V2017, must be fulfilled for further planning and execution.

It is planned to build two new brick-built accommodation buildings for the Bundeswehr at Niederstetten, Buildings 52 and 53. Each new building should be housed 66 residential units (WE). The terrain has a slope, the height difference is about 2.50 m. The two new buildings are identical and are to be planned on three floors without basement. The accommodation buildings each have their own Zuganssituation and open space. The existing buildings 52 and 53 will be dismantled. The space program essentially comprises the accommodation of a total of 132 rooms, as well as 1 storey kitchen, 1 cleaning room, 1 cleaning room per floor and a drying room and the technical rooms on the ground floor.
