This consultation concerns the search for service providers capable of providing reception, on the one hand for personalised reception services for VIP passengers, and on the other hand for reception and assistance services for passengers at Nice Côte d'Azur Airport.

LOT 1: personalized welcome for VIP passengers
LOT 1: the framework agreement is concluded for a maximum amount of € 1,650,000 excluding VAT in accordance with the procedural threshold in force, over its total duration. Holders will not be entitled to claim any prejudice if the said maximum amount is not reached at the end of the maximum duration of the contract.
Candidates may bid on one or all of the lots. Candidates are prohibited from submitting several applications for the same lot while acting at the same time: 1) as individual candidates and members of one or more groupings; (2) as members of several groupings.

Duration of the contract: 1 year, from the effective start date of the service indicated in the award letter, possibly renewable 4 times per period of one year. The terms of the renewal are indicated in the deed of commitment sent to the selected candidates.

LOT 2: Reception and assistance to passengers
Candidates may bid on one or all of the lots. Candidates are prohibited from submitting several applications for the same lot while acting at the same time: 1) as individual candidates and members of one or more groupings; (2) as members of several groupings.
LOT 2: the framework agreement is concluded for a maximum amount of €3,600,000 excluding VAT, in accordance with the procedure threshold in force, over its total duration. The licensees will not be able to claim any prejudice if that maximum amount is not reached at the end of the maximum duration of the contract.
