project management mission relating to the works of the Gap ring road-Central section-Val de Bonne sector The essential tasks to be carried out directly by the incumbent are: - acquaintance, appropriation of the project and implementation of the detailed external control program for the different phases of the operation, - examination of the conformity with the project of the execution studies carried out by the contractors (Visa) - direction of the execution of the works contract (Det), - assistance to the client during acceptance operations and during the guarantee of perfect completion (Aor), - assistance to the contracting authority in drawing up the file for handing over the works to the operator, the operating file before commissioning (Dexmes) and during the pre-commissioning inspection procedure (Ipms)
