The Ministry of Economy and Finance of the Junta de Castilla y León has a set of applications and computer services that support the tax management of the Community of Castilla y León.Being close to the end of the current maintenance contract for applications and services, it is essential to hire new functional and technological consulting services and application development, that allow both the operational continuity of the management of the Tax Administration of the Junta de Castilla y León, as well as an essential functional evolution and technological modernization of tax applications and processes, to respond to the current needs, among which it is necessary to highlight:- The improvement of the processes currently used by the Tax Administration of the JCYL, as well as the modeling, development and implementation of new ones, which allow the application of the best management practices in the tax field implemented in other tax administrations, regional or national (AEAT).- The improvement of the experience of using the applications, both back-office and front-office.- The implementation of the electronic file, complying with the provisions of Law 39/2015, Law 40/2015 and the National Interoperability Scheme.- Compliance with the information security regulations currently in force.- The evolution of the technological platform of the applications. The contract resulting from this tender will be co-financed at 60%, through European ERDF funds, corresponding to the 2021-2027 financing period.
