a) Supervision: supply, installation, configuration, hosting and operation of a supervision system allowing in particular the following functionalities: - management of a fleet of charging stations: configuration, location, typology, general information, status of the various elements of the system, supervision system, CMMS, communication between the terminals and the supervision system; - Management of users and services provided by the most appropriate means: configuration, web portal, smartphone application; - Charging station usage statistics: real-time information to optimize the service, charging curves; - Production and exploitation of data relating to the use of the charging device, implementation of a reporting system and dashboards.
