supply of natural gas for the buildings of the Communauté de Communes Ardenne Rives de Meuse, the SPL Rives de Meuse, and the Régie intercommunales de l?eau et de l?assainissement from September 2023 to August 2024

the contract concerns the supply of natural gas delivered on site for the supply of the delivery points listed in Article 21 of the CCP, the scope of which may vary according to the terms of this CCP, the services associated with the supply.the holder of the contract undertakes to start supply on 1 September 2023, which implies that it undertakes to carry out all the operations of change of supplier previously. Special conditions: The contract, carried by the Community of Communes Ardenne Rives de Meuse, is awarded with several contracting authorities constituted as an Order group composed of the Community of Communes Ardenne Rives de Meuse, the Local Public Company "Rives de Meuse", manager of the aqualudic center RIVEA, and the Intercommunal Water and Sanitation Boards pursuant to Articles L2113-6 and L.2113-7 of the Public Order Code (CPC). Each member of the group will verify its invoices and pay its expenses.
