Within the framework of the present call for proposals, the universities of Thuringia intend to conclude a framework agreement for two years with the option of a further two contract extensions of one year each. The service is divided into three lots:

Lot 1 consists of workstation PC. All equipment in this lot must be from the same manufacturer.

The subject of this tender is the conclusion of a framework agreement for the Thuringia-wide regular delivery of workstation PCs (Lot 1) and displays (Lot 2) in two lots for the clients, as well as in Lot 3 the service for the installation of operating system and other software, deployment and commissioning exclusively for the University Hospital Jena. The aim of this tender is to commission a supplier and service provider to supply and support the designated Thuringian universities and institutions. Based on the experience of recent years, the order volume is estimated at a possible order volume for the total period of 4 years for all clients of a total of 5,766,520 euros and is limited to this.
