Within the framework of the present call for proposals, the universities of Thuringia intend to conclude a framework agreement for two years with the option of a further two contract extensions of one year each. The service is divided into three lots:
Lot 1 consists of workstation PC. All equipment in this lot must be from the same manufacturer.
The subject of this tender is the conclusion of a framework agreement for the Thuringia-wide regular delivery of workstation PCs (Lot 1) and displays (Lot 2) in two lots for the clients, as well as in Lot 3 the service for the installation of operating system and other software, deployment and commissioning exclusively for the University Hospital Jena. The aim of this tender is to commission a supplier and service provider to supply and support the designated Thuringian universities and institutions. Based on the experience of recent years, the order volume is estimated at a possible order volume for the total period of 4 years for all clients of a total of 5,766,520 euros and is limited to this. The order volume cannot be guaranteed, as the procurement of
PCs and accessories are dependent on the general budgetary situation and are therefore subject to fluctuations that cannot be estimated in advance.
